GERALD EMANUEL: We handle almost of the major types of employment cases, discrimination cases, whistle blowing cases, and what we call wage and hour cases, which is a very large part of this, this area of law.

JOHN HINKLE: Our top priority with employment law clients is to at least bring them back to where they should have been. Most often we're trying to get them compensated for what they've lost as a result of unfair labor practices.

GERALD EMANUEL: What we do for our clients in almost every instance is to get, try to get them money to compensate them for their losses.

JOHN HINKLE: It's a negotiation and that's what we try to do. On the other hand, we have to be ready for trial in order to get those kinds of agreements.

GERALD EMANUEL: Well one of the unique features of our law firm is that, that if you call our office, you can talk to an attorney on the telephone in almost every instance.

JOHN HINKLE: The most important thing ultimately is that the client is going to know that they have attorneys that passionately care about our area of the law and passionately care about their clients.
