Michael Horner is one of the finest DUI (Driving Under the Influence) attorneys in the State of California. He has been a member of the firm of Hinkle, Jachimowicz, Pointer & Emanuel since 1986. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science, and a Master's Degree in American Government, as well as a Juris Doctorate Degree.
